Orders & shipping

Where do you ship from?

Every order ships from our workshop in Kyiv, Ukraine. We ship worldwide.

How long will my order take?

We process orders within 1–3 business days. Standard international delivery takes 10–21 business days; expedited shipping, where available, takes 7–14 business days. Customs can occasionally add a few days, especially around holidays.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves the workshop. Tracking usually becomes active within 24–48 hours.

Do I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?

Orders ship duties-unpaid unless stated otherwise at checkout, so any import duties, VAT or customs fees in your country are paid by the recipient. Rules differ by country — check with your local customs office if you're unsure.

Returns

What is your return policy?

You can return unused items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of purchase. Email support@pellevo.co with your order number to start a return. Custom or personalized pieces, and leather sheets that have been cut or altered, can't be returned. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

Leather & care

What leather do you use?

We work with real cattle leather. Our classic belts are made from vegetable-tanned leather, which darkens and develops a natural patina as you wear it.

My item has small marks or color variation — is that a defect?

No. Leather is a natural material, so small differences in color, texture and grain, and occasional natural marks, are part of its character and make every piece unique.

How do I care for my leather goods?

Keep them away from excessive moisture and direct heat. Wipe with a soft dry cloth, and apply a leather conditioner every few months to keep the leather supple. If your item gets wet, let it dry naturally at room temperature — never on a radiator.

How do I choose the right size?
