Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at pellevo.co. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We ship worldwide from our workshop in Kyiv, Ukraine.

* Standard International Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 10-21 business days.
* Expedited Shipping (if available for your region): Estimated delivery time is 7-14 business days.

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially during busy holiday seasons or due to customs processing in the destination country. 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
pellevo.co is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.). Please be aware of your local customs regulations and import limits before placing an order.

Damages and Lost Packages
We take great care in packaging our handcrafted leather goods and crafting materials. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@pellevo.co with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can resolve the issue. If your package is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us, and we will work with the shipping carrier to locate it or provide a replacement/refund.
